Does anyone watch iplayer on Samsung s2?

I used to watch iplayer on my phone but for some reason now i can't and i can't figure out why. I've done the whole clearing history and cache thing but the advice on beeb website is rubbish. Please help i need to be able to avoid the smelly football when it's on.

Are all your apps up to date?
Have you tried rebooting your phone?
Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? (reboot your phone againe between deletion & re-installing)

yes i've done the de install re install thing too is rubbish. can't think what else it could be i don't have any signal problems. Unfortunately i don't have wifi so i can't do it that way. Looks like i'll have to take the old fashioned approach and read a book.

What errors do you get, or will it just not work?
Do you have it installed on internal or sd memory
Could it be your location settings, it won't work if it thinks you are not in the UK.

I think it won't play if it thinks you can't stream fast enough so could be down to this too.

Not sure about memory will have to check. It's just telling me that the content isn't working on every programme.

Do you have flash installed and uptodate?

Can you watch iplayer via the browser on your phone rather than the app?

Thank you so much for trying to help out a luddite. It seems to have come on again, i didn't change anything i can think of which is annoying because i won't know what to do to fix it. The main thing is i can avoid Italy Germany tonight.
