Hello, wondering if anyone can help with this. I only really use Skype to speak to my mum, but I get this problem whether I call her, or she calls me.
Everything starts off fine and then a minute or so into the call, my picture freezes for a few seconds, and when it starts moving again the picture is very poor quality. It seems to go very pixel-y, if that makes sense, you can see that the picture is made up of lots of tiny squares. This is the picture of me, btw, I can see myself in the small window, but mum confirms that the picture has suddenly gone very bad.
I've had a bit of a look in the Skype video settings, and been trying to have a look at my webcam settings, but am not getting very far so thought I'd ask here. Thank you!
