Samsung S3 or Iphone 4?

I would like to get a new phone preferably with 12 or 18 month contract for around £30-£40 a month. Which phone do you think is better out of the two? Know any good deals??

So for 500mb - I am guessing that's sufficient for an average person??

anyone know of anything as quick and high spec as the s3 but smaller? Pocket sized?

Just got the iphone 4s through tesco on O2. Felt both phones and didnt like the thinness of the Samsung or it's size. Did it through quidco so £35 back and £37 month contract with 1gb internet and unlimited minutes and texts.

I really don't like the huge screens. iPhone is plenty big enough for me, I hope they don't make them any bigger.
