Can you buy a combined TV and computer?

We are setting up a play room and the children will need a computer and TV. I do not want to see a bank of screens so is it possible to buy 1 item that combines a computer and TV?

We have a normal TV with Freeview connected to a PC, WII and sat receiver and that works fine for us.

You can get touch screen all in one computers which have a tv tuner card built in

We have a computer attached to our tv. The tv is a 42 inch (I think) and works as our monitor. Wireless keyboard and mouse. We have a computer box, dvd, sky box and wii set up on our tv, works fine.
