I bought a refurbed laptop on ebay. It started well but after 6 weeks is pitifully slow and greys out, says 'not responding' all the time and is generally very bad for stress levels. Its a shame because two of my kids put in their savings to pay half so it's their computer.
I emailed the company and they said the problem is to do with the operating system being backed up (?) They suggested I do a system restore and delete temporary internet files.
There are four different users of this computer so do we all have to go through the same procedure? Also is this good enough from the company? I feel angry that it's this shit already when we only bought in in March (£159.00). As I'm totally untechnical I don't feel I know what's acceptible.
