iPad Mumsnet App

I have an iphone 4 which has the Mumsnet app installed. Really happy with it, I have no problems.

We now have an ipad 1 and I want to install the Mumsnet app on that. So, I went to the app store and saw Mumsnet talk - when I downloaded it, it was only the size of the iphone in the middle of the ipad. When I hit the 2x button at the bottom right hand corner it seemed to lost its clarity and was all blurry.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

I use the mobile site instead of the app - much better on ipad

Just use the normal site in Safari.

I have not long had an ipad myself and have the same "problem".

It is because the app is for an iphone, there is no ipad app. I just use safari bow.

I've had an iPad since the very first UK release 2 years ago and have never used anything other than the website via Safari. It's simply not necessary so far as I can see.

There's a new iPhone/iPad app due out very soon and that looks a lot better on the iPad than the original one. I might even start using it instead of just using the main site on Safari as I do at the moment - unless Tech gets round to adding the My Topics function to the main site...
