Keychain problem on macbook

Dh can't sort iCloud out on our MacBook because it's asking for a keychain password which we don't know? It's his own stupid fault as I think he forgot his general password a while back and had to reset. Any idea how we solve this? Totally clueless.......

Meant to add, this is just on HIS login profile thingy. Mine works fine

The keychain password is the general one that he forgot. You can now
a) boot the computer from the CD that came with it and use the utility there to reset the keychain password or
b) throw the keychain away. This is OK as long as you know what all the passwords are that it contains (email, various web logins, your wifi password etc). You can find it in yourhomefolder/Library/Preferences/Keychains.
