Can anyone help me recover a spreadsheet that didnt save??? PLEASE

ok am desperate

have just spent the last 3 hours working on the spreadsheet for a fundraising sale, updating figures etc

something went funny with one of the sums in the columns and I couldnt delete it. So I closed it down but accidentally said yes to discard changes since last save (as thought had saved it recently)

when opened back up again last 3 hours lost.

is there any way to recover it???

Depends what software. In Excel 2010, open up the saved file then select File -> Info -> Manage Versions -> Recover Unsaved Workbooks. If you didn't save the file at all, chose File -> Recent -> Recover Unsaved Workbooks.
