Help! Samsung Galaxy Ace locked; missing calls!

DC was messing with my phone this morning. I have it set so you have to draw a pattern to unlock it. He tried too many times to get in and now it's locked. It is asking for my email username and password to get in but it's not recognising them. I rang T mobile who said ring Samsung but they are not open til tomorrow. Can anyone help please?

Are you using the email adress and password that you used to register for Android market/Google play?

Sorry but you will lose your photos and videos,if your phone contacts are saved to sim they will remain but not if they are saved to phone.
