What is wrong with iTunes? I have the diagnostic report...

Last successful iTunes store access was (a month ago)".

It is when DS logs on that we have the problem. He cannot access the iTunes store or update radio 4 podcasts that he has subscribed to. I can if I log on as me (I am the administrator).

We are on a 5 year old HP pc running vista home premium service pack 2. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. I have checked the parental controls and made sure iTunes is allowed through the firewall. Now I am utterly stuck for what to do next.
