I switched to fibre optic broadband via Plusnet about 3 months ago. It has been working very well until last week. Now every other day I get this error page and have no internet connection. Could someone tell me if there is anything I can do about it?

We're with PlusNet too, just switched to fibre, having same problem. Have a look at their community forum here community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,104242.0.html

I get it from time to time... I'm also on Plusnet and have Fibre. I have Google DNS setup on my computers now, which helps get around the problem.

You can change the DNS settings of the router (if it is the Netgear one supplied by Plusnet, then see here for details).
