Does anyone know of a safe and reliable way to remove this virus? DS2 is distraught!

The fact that you know the name of the virus suggest that you have Anti Virus software but it it can't remove the virus.

If this is the case are you getting updates from the software supplier? Often people don't renew their annual subscription. No subscription means no updates about new viruses
