pLEASE help - toddler bashed laptop keyboard and changed orientation of screen

I am typing all of this upsidedown.
The mousepad is all... wrong.

Please hle - how do I change it back?? I have some MNing to do, you know...]

Oh god i've done this.

Press CTRL and up arrow (or down, or sideways) should change orientation by 90 degrees each time.

Aaggh sorry! That should be CTRL, ALT and arrow key!

Toddler caused first post to go awry I mean, how am I supposed to concentrate on typing when a hungry toddler is pulling on my trousers and seems to think his tea comes first!

DS1 did this last week and I had a very sore neck by the time I eventually fixed it.
