Best way of doing this?

I have recently escorted a group of children on an overseas tour. With the consent of their parents I took lots of photos, videos and sound files, and I would like to make some form of compilation DVD-type thing that I could then give to their parents to show them what we got up to.

Any idea how best to do this? I was thinking that Powerpoint might make it possible, but I'm sure that's not the best way forward. If at all possible, I would also like to have a folder on the disc that features the other 1000 (literally!) photos that I don't choose to feature in the compilation, as they are bound to be of interest to the parent in question.

Any thoughts? Preferably free and idiot-proof!

You could do this with PICASA 3.

You could put all the photos and videos on and then create a password so only those people that you want to see it can see it.

They would have to give you their e mail address and then you invite them to view it.

Oh and its free.
