It's for his birthday gift.

It must be cheap and chearful . He will be 12 , so will use it mostly for Internet / games apps.

Haven't a clue about android tablets , so would appreciate your help with this.

this is about as good as you will get for the money,it has a capacative screen,it has access to the Android market and has some good reviews,am seriously thinking about getting dd one for her birthday.
