Problems with screen dumps & editing pictures

If I do a screen dump I can edit it in word no problem

But then I can't post it on MN as it's a word doc not a Jpeg

Can I do a screen dump somewhere else & edit it?

When you edit it Word, highlight the picture and right click and select save as picture, then you can select jpeg as the option. Hope you get that option too!
