God help me, I've got a Hotmail problem, I'm going to wither and die before they answer me!

For some reason my account has blocked. I can't seem to receive the unblocking code via sms or they won't send it to me. I've tried their online forum and as yet no response. All my correspondence is locked into this blocked account and I am helpless without it.

Bloody bollocking fuckwits.

(And I took my frustration out on the mouse and thumped it. The button is stuck and dh is going to be cross.)

I opened up a new one to get passwords sorted out, as you say, and I can still get into it so I think I'd better leave it running just in case!
