Most of the time, my iPod lives in the car as it's connected to the stereo. On Tuesday (after sub zero Monday night) I disconnected it to take into the gym and there was absolutely no data on it. It still opened and all the controls worked, but all 3000ish songs, photos etc have gone. Has anyone else got any experience of this happening in the cold? Could it alternatively have been a problem with the connection in the car?
I can't back up the majority of the stuff as it was bought through a friend's mac years ago which I don't have access to.
