Any experience of Orange broadband?

We are currently with TalkTalk on a combined broadband phone package but have found the standard of the broadband has fallen dramatically recently. We are thinking of switching and the only provider with a comparable package (ie one including calls to Europe - essential as we have au pairs) is Orange.
So I thought I would ask Mnetters for their experiences.

I had them as 56k Dial up after they took over Freeserve it was a right bastard to try and cancel as they changed my details without telling me after they took over, in the end my Credit card got canceled and that dealt with it.

don't know if this is any help to you, I'm on Talk Talk too, they are all right so long as you don't have to ring em about anything.
