Any good games/apps on a Blackberry and where are they!?

DS had a phone for Christmas (Blackberry Curve) and whilst he's thoroughly enjoying the phoning/texting/BBMing aspects-he was asking me if there are any apps and I'm struggling as it's so different to my iphone!

I have downloaded the recent version of the Blackberry app store and downloaded a couple of free games and a photo editing thing, but I now can't find them! With the iphone-they just appear as another icon on the screen, but I can't see where they have gone!

Sooo-is he destined to just text and talk with the Blackberry (unlike his friend's HTC which appears to have lots of games on-POO!) or am I just being stupid!

Will have probably dropped in the Downloads folder - although they can be moved.

If you can't see the downloads folder, there is a chance that it's hidden, in which case hit the blackberry button (the one with the logo/dots) and select 'show all' - where you can then un-hide the downloads folder.

The app 'scene' on BB really isn't all that special.

Ah, brilliant-thank you! So, not much scope for 'playing' then? I wonder why they're so popular with teenagers then-presumably just for the free BBM??
