In a word, No.
Blackberry messed up with this tablet. Too little, too late. Very few apps available for it. I hear you can fiddle with it and then use Android apps but it's not simple and you need to be fairly techy. Frankly why would you want to? If you want to run Android apps, get an Android tablet.
Lastly the proof of how messed up it is, is the fact that nearly 6 months after it's been released, it still doesn't have email. Erm...that's the whole raison d'etre for Blackberry. It would be like Apple releasing the iphone without music. It would be like Ford releasing a car then promising you a steering wheel later.
They're practically giving them away to corporate customers and still can't get anyone to have them.
