Help please! Blackberry won't turn on.

It's dh's not mine so I'm not that fussed but thought I would just ask here. He's searched for some help on th Internet but not found anything.
Any ideas please? Is there some magic reboot that he doesn't know about? It wont come on at all at the moment yet it's been on charge for ages.

Not as far as I know although now he's gotntbattached to a different charger, in case it was the charger that was not working properly but it's laying here with the back off and a bit that has JM1 written on it and a + and - symbol. DH has just gone for a shower so not sure what those bits are or what he's trying to do.

go yo youtube and search for videos with the modelaname of your blackbery

you may find they talk about some quirky problems there
