Post Office telephone/broadband

Does anybody have Post Office Home phone and/or broadband. What is it like in comparison with BT(phone line) and Talk/Talk (calls and broadband)?

I have been with them for a few years, they aren't the cheapest ( not the most expensive either). Their customer service has always been good. Mum has talk talk and she hates dealing with them.
