It's happened to me on a few occasions, where a viral email regarding viagra was sent out to my whole contact list! Simply send out an email of apology explaining what has happened. You've already changed your password, I suggest changing your secret answer etc. Be careful which wifi you log onto if you do connect whilst out and about. There's all these hackers out there who can do all sorts! Apart from that I don't think hotmail can do much to help you. Also they seem to get a lot of spam emails that If opened can breach you security and both hack your account and add virus's to your computer etc. Gmail is a good email and they have a new security feature where they send you a code to your mobile that you also have to type in to log in. Awkward sometimes but I've had no problems with them and use them for my online shopping and more serious emails. Grin

I have had a rogue email that sent out emails to all in my contact list.

To click to see the pictures it asked me for my Windows password. Then I got a screen saying no internet access.
Only realised when I got a load of 'Failed to Deliver' notices from contacts off my list that something fishy was going on.

I've texted as many as I can to delete it without opening. Is there any more that I can do?

I need advice on how to change my Hotmail password. I've looked and cant find
anywhere that allows me to do this.

Also would appreciate any advice on what else I need to do. ( I dont do banking but have bought online).
