How do I get myself a new hotmail email address?

I've got one hotmail account, but how do I set up second one in a different name?

just go to hotmail and make up a new name and password? no?

As far as I recall, you just, erm, go to the hotmail site and create a new account! Or am I missing something? this site has the how-to instructions and it specifically mentions that you can have as many accounts as you like...
