Best iPad speakers - must be wireless so bluetooth or Airplay

Any thoughts?

I have one of these so I can play music from my iPhone or iPad over my normal speakers - the range is up to about 30 feet and it works very well.

Right I've got it down to the Bose Soundlink, the Zeppelin Air or the Jawbone Jambox.

Anyone got any of these or any views?
