Sky broadband. What a joke!

It's free as long as I don't go over a 2mg allowance for more then 1 month a year. I've almost hit it (70%) in 2 days! I've downloaded nothing, ds is sitting next to me and is on pokefarm. Is something wrong with their monitors or is it just impossible to stick to?

2mb a month? or 2gb? A song alone can be between 2mb - 10mb :S

Bugger. 2GB. Sorry I've been on here and have twattdeck open, ds is on bloody pokefarm. Nothing's downloaded and nothing's upgraded.

Is your router secure and everything, no one else is using it?

Using 2gb in 2 days isn't right [hconfused] especially if you're not downloading anything but the facebook games (or whatever pokefarm is) might be using some up?

I think so, how do you check? There's a huge password. Pokefarm's like a chat room and a basic game (collect the eggs). We used the broadband more over the summer and didn't get to 2gb!

It has a padlock next to the picture of the router so I think it's secure.

We have exaclty the same tabs open and the usuage hasn't changed for 2 hours!

Have either of you been listening to music, watching YouTube or any videos? Maybe downloaded a game?

2gb is ok for very occasional users but to be fair, not sure how you can criticise a service designed to be a loss leader and is free.

Pay the extra fiver or whatever it is now and get a more reasonable cap.

No, nothing. The usage went up from 1.44 to 1.63 whilst I was in the kitchen! Ds hasn't moved from pokefarm and my laptop was on hybernate. (sighs) I'll upgrade it (sobs)
