Charging wii remotes on a charging station

Hi all,

We have a wii which came with 1 official nintendo charger and then we bought a cheaper crap second one (non Nintendo) which I've had to return twice as they keep breaking.

I thinking of buying a charging unit as we go through a whole load of batteries and wondered if non Nintendo controllers fit on the units. So if I buy one of these will it charge on this?

Thanks

You only need to buy the second one. I have it. It comes with rechargable inserts for the regular wii remotes.

They're not bad for the price but they do take a long, long time to charge up from fully uncharged if the dc forget to put them back on the charger. They also seem to loose charge automatically if they're squashed under sofas. However if you nice, tidy children who will put the remotes back on charge once they are done, it will work fine.

Ah you only have one remote. Yeah a non nintendo one should work. I would presume the battery bit is still the same size.
