Apple E-mail Links

Does anyone know if you can embed links in the text of an e-mail (using an apple laptop-standard mail program) much like we do on Mumsnet. As in: Take a look at . This being something stupid/random that you want to be a surprise for the e-mail recipient.

No I don't think that you can, not easily anyway. Apple Mail wants to compose its emails in RTF or plain text format as they're the most portable ways of sending emails. And you need to be able to send HTML emails to do the links.

There are ways of doing it, but it's a bit fiddly.

It's not that fiddly
Highlight the "this" and then apple & K and insert the link

Well that's my one one thing for the day then :)

I knew about the cmd-K thing to insert the link as underlined text but I didn't know it could convert text into a link :)
