Bloody Face Time - How do I do it??

AM trying to facetime DD on her iPad - I bought an iPhone 4s especially but I do as it says and it says she is not available - what am I doing wrong???

Think it is great gadget but I have no patience or understanding of techy things and am getting cross.

Your dd needs an iPad 2 to be able to FaceTime. Providing she's got that, if it's saying she's not available could it mean that she's not got her iPad switched on at the time you're trying to contact her?

We are trying no - it is an ipad 2 apparently - have got her to switch it on.

Still not working - saying she is unavailable and tried to get me from her iPad and said I was unavailable but had phone switched on etc.

You need to go to settings and switch FaceTime on too.

On your iPhone I mean

Also make sure you have the email addresses in correctly

Now I can annoy her at school to make sure she is behaving!
