iphone calender help please

my iphone is synced to my gmail calender. i added all appt on to my calender on the phone.
they have all disappeared!
ive looked at my gmail calender, the appt are all still there but not going back on my iphone.

whats happened.
ive looked in settings and it looks like thats all ok
anyone have any idea??

Firstly when you are in the calender app, press the top left button marked "Calendar" and make sure the calendar you want has a tick next to it.

Secondly go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> and ensure the Calendar slider thingy is set to on.

i would say i love you , but that would be inappropriate!!!!!
