I bought one of these a month ago. Loved it, but yesterday the Gallery stopped working, then the camera, now it's got stuck half way through the closing down process, on the 'Orange' screen. I've tried looking at technical forums, but don't understand the answers. Have anyone got any advice for a non-techie? Does this happen often on Smart phones?
