How do you do a screen grab of a pdf?

I am trying to send a filled in form but only the empty form comes up and not the filled in part. I have saved it in documents but it still sends the empty form.

Command+Shift+3 to grab the whole screen, or +4 to allow you to drag around a selection. Will save it on your desktop as a PDF or a tiff depending on your operating system

I tried to Google how to do it but became confused and needed hot tea with lots of sugar.
The poor man who is receiving all these empty forms has been very kind especially as the accompanying photographs took an hour and a half to load and send.
