Excel help - somehow managed to get vertical rather than horizontal action bar?

Must have hit some random combination of keys and now the action bar, or whatever it's called (File, Edit, View, Insert etc) is now vertical down the RHS of the screen, instead of across the top. Not sure how I managed it so not sure how to get it back to normal. Any ideas please?

click on it with your left mouse button, then hold down the left mouse button and move it back to the top.
