Does anyone know how to change the language settings on a DS?

Ds has somehow managed to put his ds into Spanish and we can't work out how to get it back into English. Does anyone know if there is a reset button by any chance?

If this is a DS Lite, first switch it on with no game in. Touch the screen.

Press the picture in the middle of the bottom row
Press the spanner
Press the world
Choose English and press A to confirm.

If it's a DSi I can't help right now as I can't find DDs to look!

It is a ds and that worked perfectly. Thank you soooooo much. He was really struggling as apparently it has been in Spanish for months!
