Blackberry help please - why are my emails not coming in?

Been working fine up til now - just sent a test email from my computer - but not being delivered to my phone - why's that then?

Have you tried doing a hard reset? Pull the battery out for 30 secs then reboot it.

If not, make sure you're blackberry enterprise server is switched on. Mine wasn't and it took Orange a week to realise.

aahhaaa! I pulled the battery out the other day, would that have messed up the settings do you think? Total BB novice. As I type I've just received an email, but not the test one I sent to myself earlier. How very odd.

Re the enterprise server (don't know what that is) but I have GPRS in capitals on the top right of screen, if that helps.
