Recent discoveries that I rate:

Our Groceries - great for keeping separate shopping lists for multiple shops
Google Finance - good on-the-go snapshot of financial markets, tracking individual stocks, and listing a mini portfolio of stocks you want to monitor.

What apps have you discovered that you regularly use?

Bumping, but shame you didn't mention Android in the title, as there have been a few iPhone apps threads over the last year+ so maybe some thought it was another, and felt a quick search would find their old posts anyway...

No Android phone yet, so no favourite Apps, sorry. Though now the Vodafone Smart is 60 quid on PAYG, running Android 2.2, I may join the Android side soon :)

Yes, I love my Android. Even some friends who are Mac devotees in their homes have Android phones.

I especially like the fact that I can dictate emails and texts rather than typing out (have fat fingers)!

Being nosy, what phone, or what app for the voice to text facility, please?

Sounds ideal for my sister (whose iPhone predictive text has sometimes embarrassed her - shame she has an iPhone unless there's a similar app for that too)

It believe it comes with the Android package - so not a separate app.

When the online keyboard pops up, there is a small microphone icon next to the space bar at the bottom. When pressed, it pops up with 'speak now' and then interprets what you say. It can't take long sentences (and sometimes does come up with some hilarious interpretations), but is far easier than using the phone keyboard (at least for me). I also find that I must say out loud 'period' when I want to end a sentence.

I also have icons for Voice Dialer and Voice Search - but can't recall if they came installed on the phone, or if I installed them.

Angry Bird - but then, perhaps you mean something far more useful and constructive

Have only recently got my Android, and it's only a relative cheapy as it was an upgrade on my contract... I love it though but as yet have not discovered apps that I could not do without. Just as an organisational tool it's fantastic though! don't know how I managed without it.
