I must have pressed something maybe.

Usually, when I press Start and Internet Explorer, I get a nice clear screen with the Google bar in the centre. Nice and uncluttered.
Now I am getting Virgin blurb and I cannot see where I can click to make it disappear.

Can anyone tell me how to get it back to my normal, please?

You need to go to Tools then Internet Options - exactly where the menu for that is will depend on your version of IE, but it should be pretty easy to find. Then there is a section for Home Page and you can click for "Blank".

Or go to any page you like before you do this, and you can then pick "Current" to make that one your home page.
