Recommendations for online storage - been using Livedrive but want to change...

Livedrive is very temperamental and customer service is non-existant. I want to change to something more reliable - any recommendations gratefully received. I want something suitable for backing up family laptop: photos, music and MS Office. TIA

Or backblaze for an insurance type backup.

Hi NetworkGuy, according to Livedrive I have 32Gb of pictures, music (itunes) and MSOffice documents. I pay £29.99 per year for unlimited storage that I can access from any PC.

Sounds similar to Carbonite, cost wise, but do check that other thread, too.
