HTC smartphone - how do I subscribe to BBC Podcasts?

Think I'm being totally thick but just can't work out how to do it.

if you don't find a way (sorry, don't have a recent smartphone, but have used an old MDA and a Nokia N80) then could you download the podcast (I think most are just MP3s) on a laptop and drop it into your HTC via USB cable?
