Phone numbers on mobile reject list

How do you take numbers off the reject list and if you do, do any messages sent then come through?

It may help to mention which make and model of phone you have, as this sort of query has come up before, but higher chance of an answer if someone else has the same phone as you...

It is a Samsung Genio slide.
