Hi there, we subscribe to Sky Broadband and we have three laptops in the house, a personal one and myself and husband have a works one each. The personal and my works one have never worked wirelessley with Sky, however my husband's did up until about a week ago. My husbands Iphone works wirelessly from Sky with no problem.
If we click on "connect to a network" from any of the laptops it is picking up our Sky connection with excellent strength but where it normally shows you graph of the strength it has a big red cross, if you hover over the cross it says the settings saved on this computer for this network do not match the requirements for this network. I telephoned Sky last week and was on the line for an hour and they didn't have a clue! I'm not very technical and don't know what to try next.? Any suggestions would be gratefully received!
Thank you in advance.
