firefox keeps crashing and now is dead

any ideas what might be going on?

it's been slow for a while but today it crashed completely and now I can't get it to launch at all

I've tried reinstalling it and it's still not playing ball

I'm now using safari but all my passwords etc are on firefox and I'm lost!

help!! please :)

Are you on the latest version? I seem to find that whenever there's a new one out the old one gets really slow and crappy - assume they're trying to get everyone to migrate to the new one.

have upgraded to latest version and it's all fab again now - I'd been putting it off and kept pressing 'later' ...
