Website rendering problems... please help!

Weird situation.

ALL the browsers on my laptop (Chrome, FF and IE8) have suddenly started rendering Twitter in a weird, HTML-y way (all Times New Roman and bold underlined - very 1996ish, IYKWIM). I've cleared cache and cookies in all the browsers but hasn't made a jot of difference.

But when I log into Twitter on my other desktop computer, it's fine.

What can I try next?

Have you recently installed a Norton security product on the affected system?

My sister complained her fonts changed when Norton (3 machine licence, I think - I always suggest AVG for Free) went on. Norton sorted it (via control of her PC) in minutes but she was not happy when it first went wrong.
