Confused about analogue TV with Freeview

I want a small portable TV And have seen one on Amazon with Freeview. It says its analogue but surely if it has Freeview its digital. Will it work after the switchover if its analogue or will it need a box?

Some TVs would still be needed with an analogue tuner for old games machines (eg Atari 2600) and so on. According to their own (August website) that model is both analogue and digital. The one you are after is the last of the models before the section where they have a built-in DVD player too...

There's a more detailed description (lower portion of the page) in this PDF document. HTH improve your confidence in buying the item - looks pretty versatile to me. Limits on details given on Amazon are why it is unclear.

Looking further down on the Amazon page, it does explain having both Freeview and Analogue capabilities, but I guess you were just concerned as it seemed contradictory to list both...

The same model is on www.Play.com at a similar (|25p more) price, again from "Digital Daffodil" and it might be worth checking some of the reviews that are claimed in the details on that site, just to see how reviewers found it. Says it won awards so definitely worth checking what the mags say online.
