Excel Spreadsheet into lables for mailing - help

How do I turn address details from an Excel spreadsheet into mailing labels? I have no clue, never used Excel, the names and addresseses are all in seperate columns.

Any help very usefull and appreciated!

mail merge in tools i think

If it's easier, you can use an Excel spreadsheet as the data source for Word mail merge labels - it usually works fairly seamlessly. Shout if you need more detailed instructions!
