If a DVD says ALL REGIONS Pal 4.3 FF?

Does that mean it plays in all countries? Am asking as want to buy a dvd that says this. TIA

Should play in computers in all countries; the PAL bit is the TV format - main types are NTSC and PAL, think there may be one or two others - PAL is what is used in the UK and Australia, NTSC in USA, Japan and some other places. This may mean the DVD wouldn't play on a DVD player linked to a TV in some countries, but I may be out of date - it's just an issue I had to deal with while living in Japan and wanting to play DVDs from all over the place.

Basically, if you are in the UK, then yes, an all-regions PAL format DVD should be fine.
