My printer is having a strop; any suggestions before it goes out the window?

I have turned it off & unplugged it
Uninstalled & reinstalled

It prints the bottom of the paper but misses the top bit

Have you tried the cleany thingy? Or jiggled the cartridges round?
Sounds like a print head thing?

I jiggled it (turned it upside down & shook it)

It seems a bit happier
