I have a photo and a scanned document that I want to put into one picture so it can be uploaded as one jpg. Was trying using paint but failing. Cam anyone help?

Download the 30 day trial of Photoshop, and then I'll give you instructions to follow!

Alternatively, scan the photo too, next to the scanned doc, then you can treat it as one image.

Thank you - will download it later when DS isn't hogging the computer :)

The photo is only on the memory card - did think if the printer worked to print (it only likes scanning) it would have been simpler.

There's a freebie called PhotoFiltre which doesn't have only 30 day trial and can handle several images open at once.

Easy to copy and paste from one to another and make a blank big enough to hold both images.

Will see if I can find where to download it from for you... just as something for longer term.

Despite author being French, menus are in English.

PS - since Gently made offer first, will let you go with that, but happy to put PhotoFiltre v6.5.1 (English) setup file online for you to d/l if needed.

I have been using this free s/w for some time, found it very good for simple edits, while I have also used Paint Shop Pro from JASC (now owned by Corel, so I have out of date versions on different PCs), which can handle much more complex functions so takes a lot more time to learn.

You can insert both the document and the image into a word document as pictures, then print as a PDF if you want.

Thank you for all offers :)

I need to be able to attach it to a form I'm filling in and can't remember if they only accept jpg. Will check.

If you could put the Photo Filtre one online as well Network Guy that would be great.
