Need some Excel help

I used to be pretty good with Excel but it's been a few years since I've used it and not sure what I need to do with this, I know it can be done but not how to do it.

First table is a list of clients, the team that client is assigned to, the code (the type of case) assigned to that case and the date that code was assigned.

Second table has teams down the side and codes across the top, underneath it has the date that code expires - example =TODAY()-182. What I need to do is count up how many of each team/code combination have expired.

I hope that makes sense, please ask me if it doesn't. It's a favour for my sister and it took me a few gos to fully understand what she was asking me.

I am struggling to understand the second table, is it a table of dates with col titles as codes and row titles as teams?

The second table will tell them how many codes are out of date. So it lists possible codes across the top, teams down the side and you'll be able to look across and see how many ABC's Team 1 have outstanding.

Will this do?

Do you have some secret access to my PC? That's almost exactly the same as the one my sister sent! Just have to get it into her format and I think it will work.

Thank you!
